IBM has proposed a separate engagement in which its team would assist B SMART AI with CaptionSign’s technical architecture, solution design, and pilot readiness, including access to the broader IBM technology stack, subject to final scope, budget, and executed agreement.

The request to AT&T:A paid pilot sponsor, one defined use case, sandbox/API discovery, an assigned technical lead, accessibility and business stakeholders, measurable outcomes, and a pathway to commercial production. Budget and terms follow jointly defined scope.
